Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate MICE Specialistto manage end-to-end Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) travel bookings for corporate clients.The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling group travel, hotel bookings, transportation coordination, event logistics, and vendor management while ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete MICE travel bookings for corporate clients.
- Coordinate group flight, hotel, rail, and ground transportation reservations.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport vendors, and event partners to secure the best rates and availability.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations, and travel documentation.
- Handle last-minute booking modifications, cancellations, and operational requests.
- Coordinate with internal Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Product teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies and company SOPs.
- Track booking status, vendor confirmations, invoices, and payment reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate booking records and MIS reports.




- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting defined SLAs.

Required Skills

- Experience in Corporate Travel or MICE Operations.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel bookings.
- Experience handling group travel logistics.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and travel booking platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4 years of experience in Corporate Travel, MICE, or Travel Operations.
- Experience working with corporate travel management companies (TMCs) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with GDS systems or corporate booking tools is preferred.
