- Responsible for the management of the unit
- Responsible for meeting the Unit’s targets set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Build and lead a team of Team Managers to consistently excel in areas of service, sales and quality by leading by example & ensuring high levels of motivation amongst the team members.
- Enhance business and income generation through balance build up and cross-selling appropriate products to the portfolio customers.
- Responsible for managing, training and inspiring staff.
- Drive the Unit to meet the set objectives in areas of Service, Quality, Revenue Generation, PB productivity and business products. Drive the unit to increase the digital penetration.
- Drive the unit effective relationship management and adequate management of the complaints
