We are seeking a dynamic legal professional with 3–6 years of experience in IT commercial contracting to join our Legal team. The role involves independently reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of technology and commercial agreements while partnering closely with business, sales, delivery, procurement, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong contractual acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of IT commercial agreements, including: Master Services Agreements (MSAs) Statements of Work (SOWs) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreements Software Development Agreements Professional Services Agreements Consulting Agreements End User License Agreements (EULAs) Vendor and Supplier Agreements Partnership, Alliance, and Reseller Agreements Evaluation, Pilot, and Proof of Concept Agreements Amendments, Change Orders, and Order Forms Review customer paper and provide commercially viable redlines while balancing legal and business risks. Participate in contract negotiations with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Advise business teams on contractual obligations, commercial risks, and mitigation strategies.

Interpret and negotiate key contractual provisions such as:



Limitation of Liability Indemnity Intellectual Property Rights Confidentiality Warranties and Disclaimers Payment Terms Term and Termination Acceptance Criteria Audit Rights Change Management Subcontracting Assignment Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Support procurement and vendor contracting activities. Maintain contract templates, clause library, and standard playbooks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely contract execution and closure.

Handle multiple contract reviews simultaneously while meeting business timelines.

Required Qualifications LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. from a recognized university. 3–6 years of relevant experience in IT commercial contracts, preferably with an IT/ITES company or technology organization. Strong understanding of technology contracting and commercial negotiations.

Excellent drafting, analytical, and contract interpretation skills. Ability to independently review and negotiate customer-facing agreements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience Experience negotiating contracts with global customers. Exposure to software licensing and SaaS business models. Familiarity with cloud services, software development engagements, managed services, staff augmentation, and qualified services agreements.

Experience working with sales, delivery, procurement, and business teams in a technology workplace.
