Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure contracts align with project needs and regulatory requirements.

- Negotiate modifications and resolve contractual discrepancies.

- Track contract timelines, deliverables, and obligations.

- Maintain records of contract amendments, renewals, and payments.

- Ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner and all milestones are met.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks in contracts.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

- Manage contract disputes and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with internal departments to align contract terms with business objectives.

- Liaise with external legal counsel for complex contracts.

- Update senior management on contract risks and performance metrics.





- Monitor contract execution to ensure compliance with agreed terms.

- Ensure obligations are fulfilled by both parties.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits to track contract performance.

- Ensure completion of all contractual obligations.

- Archive and document contracts for future reference and audits.
