Nextcode Group is building a modern Payroll, HR, Workforce Technology, and BusinessSolutions platform for the U.S. market. We're looking for a talented Content Writer who can create compelling website content, marketing copy, and brand messaging that reflects a premium enterprise brand.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused website content.
- Develop content for service pages, landing pages, blogs, brochures, and marketing
- materials.
- Research Payroll, HR, Workforce Technology, Global Talent, and Business Solutions to
- create accurate and valuable content.
- Ensure all content follows U.S. business communication standards and SEO best
- practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder, UI/UX Designer, and Development Team to align
- content with the product vision.
- Suggest improvements to website structure, messaging, and user experience.
- Create concise, persuasive copy for CTAs, headings, and user journeys.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.

What We're Looking For:





- 2+ years of experience in website content writing or B2B copywriting.
- Solid portfolio of website content, preferably for SaaS, HRTech, Payroll, FinTech, or
- enterprise businesses.
- Excellent command of English with strong grammar and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX and how content supports website design and user
- experience.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics and simplify complex concepts.
- Creative thinker with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience writing for U.S. audiences is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Payroll, HR, Workforce Technology, SaaS, or B2B websites.
- Familiarity with Figma or website wireframes.
- Knowledge of AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grammarly, etc.).
- Understanding of conversion-focused website copy and content marketing.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
