We are looking for a creative and research-oriented Content Writer who can produce high-quality, SEO- optimized content for our USA and Canada markets while effectively leveraging AI content tools.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer with strong expertise in SEO writing, AI-assisted content creation, proofreading, and market research. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing engaging, humanized, and search-engine-optimized content that aligns with user intent and supports our digital marketing initiatives.

The candidate must have experience writing for international audiences, particularly the USA and Canada, and should understand modern SEO practices, AI content optimization, and content marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, original, and SEO- friendly content for blogs, landing pages, website pages, product descriptions, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
- Humanize AI-generated content to ensure it is natural, engaging, plagiarism-free, and valuable to readers.
- Write content targeted for USA and Canada audiences with proper grammar, tone, and localization.
- Perform keyword research and create content aligned with search intent.




- Optimize content using SEO best practices and content optimization tools.
- Conduct in-depth research on SaaS products, HRMS, ERP, AI, technology, and business solutions.
- Proofread, edit, and fact-check content before publication.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, SEO, Product, and Design teams to create impactful content.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and content quality across all platforms.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, AI writing tools, and content marketing strategies.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in SEO Content Writing.
- Excellent command of written English with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
- Experience writing for USA and Canada audiences.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword placement, meta tags, internal linking, and search intent.
- Experience using AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with content optimization tools such as Surfer SEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Clearscope is preferred.
- Ability to create compelling, humanized AI-assisted content.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Produce Maximum words of humanized AI-assisted content per day while maintaining high quality and originality.
- Deliver SEO-optimized content that meets search intent and quality standards.
- Maintain minimal grammatical errors and plagiarism-free content.
- Meet daily and weekly content delivery targets within defined timelines.
