Role Description The Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and consistent content that supports AppZime’s IT and SaaS hiring solutions and brand positioning. This full-time, in office role is based in Bengaluru and involves developing content for websites, blogs, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral focused on technology hiring, AI, data engineering, and related domains.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching industry trends and target audiences, writing and editing content tailored to IT and SaaS stakeholders, and collaborating with marketing and talent acquisition teams to align messaging with business goals.



The role also includes optimizing content for SEO, maintaining content calendars, ensuring brand and tone consistency across channels, and measuring content performance to refine strategy.

The Content

Writer will work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, value-focused communication.

Qualifications

- Strong web content writing and blog/article writing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging copy for IT and SaaS audiences.
- Experience in content strategy and planning, including creating content calendars and aligning content with marketing and business objectives.
- Proficiency in research and information gathering, especially around technology hiring, AI, data engineering, and enterprise tech environments.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Background in marketing or digital marketing, including familiarity with content marketing, SEO principles, and social media content.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, user-centric content for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience writing for IT, SaaS, or technology staffing domains is highly desirable.
