Innerwise is looking for an experienced Head of Content to lead the strategy, creation, and continuous optimization of content across an AI-powered consumer wellbeing platform. The ideal candidate has successfully built and scaled content for content-heavy consumer applications, understands user behaviour and feedback loops, and can combine science, wellness, and storytelling into engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

· Own the end-to-end content strategy across mobile app, web, newsletters, video, audio, and AI experiences.

· Build scalable content systems covering neuroscience, psychology, mindfulness, Ayurveda, nutrition, sleep, relationships, and personal growth.

· Use user research, analytics, reviews, A/B testing, and customer feedback to continuously improve engagement and retention.

· Design AI-enabled content journeys, onboarding experiences, habit programs, assessments, and personalized recommendations.

· Develop editorial standards, scientific review processes, and quality assurance frameworks.

· Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, Marketing, and Growth teams to improve consumer experience.

· Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of editors, researchers, writers, medical reviewers, and creators.

Candidate





· 7+ years of experience leading content for consumer-facing, content-heavy digital products or mobile applications.

· Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, engagement metrics, retention, and user feedback-driven content optimization.

· Experience working with product teams to build personalized content journeys and improve user experience.

· Excellent knowledge of neuroscience, psychology, behavioural science, wellness, or health education.

· Experience using AI tools to scale content creation, personalization, and discovery.

· Exceptional editorial judgment, storytelling, and communication skills.

· Proven experience building and managing high-performing editorial and creative teams.

Experience

· Consumer wellness, health, learning, meditation, fitness, or self-improvement platforms.

· Experience with content analytics, SEO, user research, community insights, and experimentation.

· Experience building trusted knowledge libraries and AI-assisted content ecosystems.
