We’re building India’s #1 Gut Health Education Channel.

We already have writers, editors, and designers.

Now we need the person who decides what to make, why it’ll work, and how it’ll travel.

If you can look at gut health topics and turn them into a content system (not random videos), this role is for you.

What you’ll do

- Own the content strategy across YouTube long-form, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and distribution.
- Build a monthly content calendar with clear buckets: education, myth-busting, story-led patient journeys, product-adjacent explainers.
- Decide what to produce, when to publish, and what gets repurposed into Shorts, carousels, and ads.
- Create repeatable formats and series so we don’t reinvent the wheel every week.
- Work with research + scripting team to translate insights into high-retention video plans.
- Set up the distribution plan : community posts, collabs, WhatsApp, email, repost strategy, retargeting angles.
- Track performance and iterate: CTR, retention, watch time, saves, shares, comments → then change the plan accordingly.

You’re a fit if you…




- Have experience running content strategy for a YouTube-first brand or creator.
- Understand YouTube packaging: topic selection, title-thumb pairing, hook strategy , retention pacing.
- Think in series + systems more than one-off videos.
- Can work in English + Hindi (Hinglish is a plus).
- Are comfortable working in office in Mumbai (10 mins from Dadar Station).

Bonus if you’ve worked in… Health, food, wellness, or education content (not mandatory).

Performance marketing + organic growth combo is a big plus.
