Glido Labs is an AI-first Content IP studio with 550M+ organic views across 10+ channels and zero paid ad spend. We're looking for someone to own our finance niche completely. Right now, it's earlier-stage than our other verticals.
This is a genuine builder's seat. Finance is one of the most valuable audiences on the internet and one of the worst served—fear-mongering on one side, dry homework on the other. Your job is to find a version of money content people genuinely want to watch every day, then scale it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You'll crack the repeatable format that actually works before anything else.
- You'll take a channel from small to genuinely growing by understanding what your audience actually wants.
- You'll systematize and scale what works so it's not just one viral moment but a repeatable thing.
- You'll brief scriptwriters and work with the AI production team, testing fast and adjusting based on what the data tells you.
- You'll build an audience into something that finance brands pay real money to reach.
SKILLS YOU NEED
- You have real depth in finance, you genuinely follow markets and money, and you can explain them to a smart friend in one line.
- You've either made finance content before, or you're the person your friends ask "should I put money in this?"
- You respect that this audience is skeptical because a skeptical audience is a smart one.
- You're data-led and creatively sharp, you can move between both worlds easily.
- You have an AI-first mindset that lets you test quickly without overthinking.

- Senior individual-contributor role, growing into a team lead as the vertical scales.
- Full-time, onsite and hybrid from Noida.
- Reports to the CEO.
- You'll work daily with scriptwriters, the AI production team, and the partnerships lead.
