About the Role

We are looking for a Content Writer Manager to lead our content team and drive high quality, engaging, and result-oriented content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing writers, ensuring consistency in brand voice, and delivering content that supports marketing, SEO, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers, editors, and freelancers.

- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives. Plan, assign, review, and optimize content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, product pages, and other marketing materials.

- Ensure all content is clear, engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with SEO, design, product, and marketing teams to create impactful content campaigns.

- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Conduct quality checks for grammar, tone, style,



and factual accuracy.

- Analyse content performance using analytics tools and refine strategy based on insights.

- Stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor content strategies.

- Manage content workflows and improve team productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in content writing, editing, and team management.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Excellent leadership and project management abilities.

- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Solid communication and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms, content tools, and analytics tools.
