We're Hiring | Content SME (Subject Matter Expert)

We are looking for a Content SME to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping impactful, brand-aligned content that drives meaningful engagement with healthcare audiences.

Eligibility Criteria

- Position: Content SME (Healthcare/Pharma)
- Location: Hyderabad | Mumbai | Bangalore | Noida
- Experience: 12+ Years
- Salary: Up to 45 LPA (Depending on Exp)
- Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary custodian of brand knowledge, ensuring consistency, scientific accuracy, and alignment across all content initiatives.
- Develop and execute content strategies that reflect the brand's vision, positioning, and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into compelling, scalable content.
- Drive engagement initiatives for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through effective multichannel campaigns.
- Ensure content is contextually accurate, operationally feasible, and compliant with healthcare communication standards.




- Monitor campaign effectiveness and leverage insights to continuously improve content strategies and engagement outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- 12–16 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Communications, Brand Marketing, or Content Strategy.
- Robust understanding of brand strategy, scientific storytelling, and healthcare content development.
- Proven experience working with healthcare audiences, KOL engagement, and multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Educational background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, MSc, MD, or PhD is preferred.
