Job Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content according to company policies and community guidelines.
- Identify, investigate, and remove content that violates platform standards.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality while reviewing content.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
- Meet productivity and quality targets in a quick-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Moderation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable handling sensitive content when required.
