Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content

- Create high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms
- Plan and execute social media strategies to improve reach and engagement
- Stay updated with the latest social media and content trends
- Edit videos and optimize content for maximum reach and audience engagement

On-Ground & Video Content
- Confidently present on camera for reels, interviews, and videos
- Record on-ground/street content and interact with people to create market awareness
- Confidently speak to strangers,



conduct conversations/interviews, and build engaging content in public settings
- Generate leads by meeting people, networking, and creating awareness while recording content in the market

Requirements Skills & Qualities:

- Strong command of English (written & spoken)
- Bold, confident, and comfortable speaking with strangers and in public settings
- Comfortable being on camera and recording street/public content
- Good video editing and content creation skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Must be proactive, energetic, and confident in meeting current people
