Role Description The Content Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rupnagar. This role is responsible for planning and managing content across social media platforms, including developing content calendars, coordinating production of posts and reels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

The Content

Manager will collaborate with designers, videographers, and strategists to produce high-quality, story-driven content that aligns with client goals. Daily tasks include reviewing and editing content, tracking performance metrics, optimizing content strategies based on insights, and managing client communication on content-related matters.



The role also involves staying updated on digital trends and proposing new ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and storytelling for digital platforms.

Experience with social media management, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.

Ability to oversee content production workflows for posts, reels, and other multimedia formats.

Knowledge of branding principles and aligning content with brand voice and visual identity.

Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking to inform content strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with creative and strategy teams in an on-site setting.

Prior experience in a creative agency or digital marketing setting is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.

Openness to learning, adapting to new tools, and staying current with digital storytelling trends.
