We’re searching for a Content Executive who lives and breathes content.. someone who can brainstorm crazy ideas, understand what makes people pause, and turn simple footage into content that actually connects.

This role is for someone who is equally excited about the first idea on a moodboard and the final frame of an edit.

You’ll be working closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life, experiment with formats, and create content that doesn’t just fill a feed it makes people stop, watch, and remember.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Creating Content That Doesn’t Feel Like Ads
- Come up with fresh, scroll-stopping ideas for reels, campaigns, and social media content.
- Think beyond the obvious and find new ways to tell brand stories.
- Build concepts that feel native to social platforms while still driving brand goals.
- Turning Raw Footage Into Magic
- Collaborate with the editor to craft reels, ads, and social content that hook audiences from the very first second and keep them watching till the end.
- Experiment with new editing styles, transitions, pacing, and trends.
- Understand why certain edits work and how to use them strategically.
- Being the Content Brain in the Room
- Bring references, trends, ideas,



and creative observations to the team.
- Understand current social media culture and what audiences are engaging with.
- Help create content strategies that move away from predictable brand communication.
- Writing That Sounds Human
- Create engaging hooks, scripts, captions, and content narratives.
- Understand storytelling and how to make people feel something through words.
- Creating Better Together
- Collaborate with social media managers, designers, editors, and the wider creative team.
- Be someone who believes the best ideas come from teamwork.
- Give and receive feedback to push every piece of content further.
- Take ownership while helping the entire team succeed.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar creative role.
- Someone with a strong content instinct — you know what will make people stop scrolling.
- A solid visual eye — you understand frames, shots, storytelling, and what makes content beautiful.
- Strong understanding of current reel edit trends, formats, and internet culture.
- A problem solver who enjoys experimenting.
- A team-first person who wants to create the best possible work together.

Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands.
- Constantly save reels because “this edit is actually good.”
- Have a folder full of references you can’t wait to share.
