Role Description This part-time remote Content Developer role involves creating clear, engaging, and accurate content that supports The SM Records’ digital distribution and rights management services.

The Content

Developer will plan, write, and organize content for internal and external use, including guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, training materials, and platform documentation. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand processes and translate complex concepts into user-friendly resources for artists, labels,



and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities also include reviewing and updating existing content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice and industry standards.

The Content

Developer will use feedback and analytics to continuously improve content quality and user experience.

Qualifications

- Solid Writing and Technical Writing skills, with the ability to explain complex digital media and rights concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Experience in Content Development and Instructional Design for guides, tutorials, training materials, or knowledge base content.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with technical, creative, and business stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a part-time schedule.
- Familiarity with digital music distribution, intellectual property, or digital rights management is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with content management tools, documentation platforms, and basic productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Education, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to evolving requirements, and contribute to a globally distributed team.
