Content Creator

About the Role

We're looking for a Content Creator who will be the face of our brand across social media — someone who's comfortable on camera, quick with ideas, and knows how to make content that stops the scroll. You'll drive our day-to-day content presence, from daily Reels to full channel management, with real creative freedom and an in-house editing team backing you up. This isn't a desk job — you'll be out shooting content, not stuck in an office every day.

What You'll Do

Be the on-camera face of our brand across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

Shoot and post daily Reels/short-form video content, including outdoor and on-location shoots

Manage and grow our Instagram channel(s) end-to-end — content calendar, posting, engagement

Pitch and drive your own creative ideas and content formats — we want your voice, not a script

Collaborate closely with our in-house editor to bring concepts to life (you focus on ideas and delivery, not post-production)

Stay on top of trends, audio, and formats to keep content fresh and highly engaging

Create content fluidly across Telugu, English, and Hindi depending on platform and audience





Work Style

Full flexibility — this is a hybrid/remote-friendly role, not an in-office 9-to-5

Freedom to shoot outdoors, on location, or wherever the content calls for it

What matters is the output — consistent, high-quality, engaging content — not desk time

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience as a content creator/influencer, OR a strong existing portfolio/reel showcasing on-camera presence and content quality

At least 6,000 followers on Instagram or a comparable platform

Confident, camera-friendly personality with natural storytelling ability

Fluency in Telugu and English required; Hindi a strong plus

Strong sense of what makes content engaging — hooks, pacing, trends

Self-starter who can generate ideas independently and execute quick

Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad (for shoots and occasional in-person coordination)

No editing skills required — we've got that covered in-house

Nice to Have

Experience creating content for [D2C/pharma/wellness/etc. — fill in category]
