About The Role We're looking for a Content Creator with a strong passion for shooting and producing short-form content. This is a production-focused role, where you'll be responsible for bringing ideas to life through high-quality visuals, from planning and executing shoots to editing the final output.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, understands lighting, framing, and composition, and has hands-on experience creating engaging social-first videos. Please note: This is not a social media management or content strategy role. This role is focused on video production and content execution. Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute shoots for social media content.
- Lead the production process from pre-production to final delivery.




- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and basic audio equipment.
- Capture high-quality visuals with strong framing and composition.
- Edit reels and short-form videos for Instagram and other social platforms.
- Work closely with the creative team to translate concepts into engaging visual content.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards and is delivered on time.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in video production or content creation.
- Solid understanding of camera operations, lighting, framing, and shot composition.
- Experience shooting reels and short-form content for brands.
- Proficiency in video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar software.
- A good visual eye and understanding of what makes engaging social-first content.
- Ability to independently handle shoots and deliver polished final outputs.
