We are looking for a creative and results-driven professional who can strengthen our digital presence through compelling content and strategic performance marketing. ? Location: MG Road, New Delhi

? Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities Content Creation

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Create engaging Reels, project walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content, client testimonials, and product showcases.

Write compelling captions and marketing copy aligned with our brand voice.

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar.

Performance

Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Generate high-quality leads for luxury interiors and bespoke furniture.

Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise campaign performance.

Work closely with the design and sales teams to support lead generation and brand growth. Requirements





2–3 years of experience in content creation and performance marketing.

Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).

Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and content planning skills.

A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for architecture, interiors, and luxury brands.

Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
