We are seeking a creative and knowledgeable Content Creator & Social Media Content Trainer to develop engaging digital content while training students or professionals in social media content creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with content strategy, short-form video production, social media platforms, and the ability to teach practical, industry-relevant skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.

Write compelling captions, scripts, blogs, and promotional copy.

Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, and other visual content.

Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and trends.

Training & Mentoring

Deliver practical training sessions on social media content creation and digital marketing.

Teach content planning, storytelling, copywriting, branding, and audience engagement.

Train learners on video creation, editing tools, AI-powered content tools, and platform best practices.

Conduct workshops, assignments, and live demonstrations.

Mentor participants by reviewing their content and providing constructive feedback.

Required Skills





Robust understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.

Knowledge of video production, editing, and basic graphic design.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content-generation platforms.

Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills.

Ability to simplify concepts and engage learners effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing.

Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator is preferred.

A portfolio showcasing social media content and campaigns.
