Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and marketing creatives
- Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns
- Enhance audience engagement and brand visibility
- Support digital marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing
- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools
- Content writing and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook platforms
- Basic video editing skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and creative thinking abilities
