About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-friendly Content Creator to join our marketing team. If you enjoy creating engaging content, staying on top of social media trends, and are comfortable appearing in videos, wed love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for professionals with 12 years of experience who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a rapid-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop concepts, scripts and create reels or short-form videos for social media campaigns.
- Write blogs, captions, articles, and marketing copy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content.
- Be comfortable appearing in reels, explainer videos, and other digital content when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create authentic, engaging video content.

Social Media Strategy
- Assist in planning monthly social media content calendars.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.





Creative Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with the creative agency for monthly social media creatives.
- Prepare creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Review creatives to ensure they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Were Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- Camera-friendly, confident, and enthusiastic.
- Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively.
