Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying the right creators, managing partnerships, and delivering measurable campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator networks.
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop campaign briefs and ensure influencers create content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, creative, and social media teams for campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement,



impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights for future improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and compliance with brand and legal guidelines.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery and analytics tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
