1. Coordinate end-to-end scheduling of trainers for video recording by managing studio calendars, booking recording slots, and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Assist in studio recording operations by preparing recording setups, supporting trainers during shoots, and ensuring recording sessions run smoothly.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between trainers, branches, instructional designers, content creators, and the video production team for all content-related activities.
- Track the progress of all content deliverables, including videos, notes, presentation slides, and practice questions, ensuring timely completion as per production plans.
- Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders on pending deliverables, review feedback, revisions,



and re-recording requirements to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain and update production schedules, content trackers, trainer availability records, and studio utilization reports for effective planning and monitoring.
- Coordinate with branch and academic teams to ensure trainer availability, resolve scheduling conflicts, and facilitate seamless execution of content production activities.
- Verify the readiness of recording resources, presentation materials, and production assets before every recording session to minimize delays and ensure operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of standardized content production processes by ensuring adherence to timelines, documentation practices, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare periodic production status reports and highlight risks, delays, or resource constraints to the reporting manager for timely decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline coordination processes and enhance overall content production efficiency.
