SAP MDM Consultant
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- Experience of 3-5 Years in SAP MDM : preferably in Application Support
- Should have worked on Maintenance and support services for Master Data Management support (L1&L2;). The service areas are:Vendor Master, Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing Master & Finance Master
- Should have worked on Incident Management, Service request fulfilment, Problem Management, Knowledge management and standard operating procedures (SOPs) maintenance
- Continuous improvement on process and procedures to be agreed upon with client
- Must be proficient in handling Issues/ troubleshooting / support functions.
- Should have experience in building the integration of SAP with applications which are non-SAP.
- Good knowledge on ticketing tools like service now,
solution Manager etc.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ready to work in 24 x 5 support environment.
