We at MEIL are looking for Construction Manager - RCC Dam for Ratle Hydro Electric Projects

Location: Kishtwar, Jammu & Kashmir

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma - Civil Engineering with 15+ years' Experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) dam construction activities including foundation preparation, RCC placement, and associated structural works.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, and design teams for drawings, approvals, and technical clarifications during execution.
- Supervise RCC production, transportation, spreading, compaction, and curing as per approved methodology and specifications.
- Monitor quality control activities including material testing, density checks, layer thickness, temperature control, and compliance with standards.




- Manage construction resources such as manpower, machinery, batching plant operations, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and ensure achievement of construction milestones as per project schedule and planning targets.
- Implement and enforce HSE requirements to maintain protected working conditions at dam construction site.
- Prepare daily and monthly progress reports, resolve site technical issues, and coordinate with all departments for timely project completion.
