​Position Summary: A Construction Manager oversees the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and up to safety standards.

​Key Responsibilities

· ​Project Planning & Scheduling: Define scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and establish project milestones.

· ​Budget & Financial Management: Estimate costs, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor expenditure.

· ​Team & In office Management: Supervise site managers, contractors, and trade workers while maintaining clear communication across all teams.

· ​Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations,



building codes, and quality assurance protocols.

· ​Risk & Problem Resolution: Identify potential delays or safety hazards early and implement quick solutions.

· ​Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.

​Qualifications & Skills

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,

​Key Skills: Strong leadership, budget tracking, contract negotiation, problem-solving, and proficiency with software like Primavera, MS Project, or Procore.
