Own end-to-end store compliance audits across operations, cash, inventory, and brand standards.
Investigate operational gaps and work with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions.
Leverage CCTV monitoring and audit insights to improve store processes and customer experience.
Build and maintain compliance dashboards, MIS reports, and audit trackers that enable data-driven decisions.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that reduce operational risks and strengthen governance.

Have a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Are Comfortable working with data, reports, and Microsoft Excel.
Are a solid communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Are willing to travel to stores for audits when required.
Are Familiar with Python, MIS reporting, or data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with operational processes, cash handling, and inventory controls.
Identify and report discrepancies in cash and stock, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform Brand Standards Audits across retail stores.
Monitor CCTV footage to identify compliance and operational issues.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to resolve reconciliation and compliance gaps.
Prepare audit reports with findings, root causes, and corrective action plans.
Maintain compliance dashboards and MIS reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational controls.
