- Conducting Compliance Testing of all functions across the organization and analyse the observations and highlight the compliance gaps to the Sr. Management.
- Assisting CCO in conducting Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) and highlights the gaps to the Sr. Management.
- Conducting Review of Periodic Risk Categorization’.
- Ensure ongoing adherence to all applicable RBI-NBFC and IRDAI regulatory guidelines
- Review and monitor timely and accurate filing of periodic report and returns as per RBI regulations.
- Handle timely submission of ad-hoc regulatory data requests, Daksh Portal submissions and maintain the relevant trackers.
- Keep the company website disclosures updated in line with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and managing Compliance Management Tool (CMT).
- Maintain a robust compliance risk framework, including timely review of the business model for emerging regulatory risk.
- Tracking and dissemination of RBI and IRDA circulars/notification to internal stakeholders and ensure implementation.
Qualification and requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have at least a postgraduate degree in finance, banking, or insurance.
- Total experience required in 10 years including Banking and NBFC.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring of AML Alerts and identifying Cash Transactions and Suspicious Transactions for further reporting of CTR and STRs to FIU-India.
- Managing FIU-India site, preparation and reporting of CTR, STR and etc to FIU-India.
- Verification of KYC documents of on-boarding customers by Operation Team and Credit Team.
- Dissemination of Regulatory Circulars and Notification of RBI/IRDA.
- Maintaining various compliance related trackers of disseminating of regulatory circulars, ad-hoc returns, Daksh Portal submission and etc.
- Managing Daksh-portal and regular monitoring of the same to ensure timely submission of information and details asked by RBI.
- Preparing Compliance Training material to sensitise and educate internal stakeholders and develop Compliance Culture in the organization.
- Preparing of Compliance Newsletter considering NBFC and financial news with a compliance angel.
- Ensure to comply the IT related compliances and Cyber Security related compliances.
- Ensure to manage CSITE related details asked by RBI and Cyber Incident related activities.
Qualification and requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have at least a graduate degree.
- Total experience required in 4 years including Banking and NBFC.
