We are looking for a agile Community Manager to drive community outreach and business growth for our diagnostic centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and referral partners.
- Organize health camps, wellness programs, and community engagement activities.
- Promote diagnostic services to increase patient footfall.
- Manage patient feedback and ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Support referral generation and business development initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, community management, patient relations, or business development.
- Experience in Diagnostics, Hospitals, Healthcare, Pharma, or Wellness is preferred.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
