You will help a marquee organisation tell its story clearly, to its people and to the world, from the ground up. Role Overview

As a Communications Specialist, you will plan and write internal and external communications that keep employees informed and the brand consistent. You will turn updates and messages into clear, well-timed communication people trust.

Key Responsibilities

Internal & Corporate Comms

- Write internal updates, newsletters, and leadership messages
- Support announcements, town halls, and employee communications
- Keep tone, accuracy, and timing consistent across channels

External & Brand

- Draft external communications, press notes,



and brand messaging
- Partner with HR, leadership, and marketing on key narratives

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 5 years in corporate communications, PR, or content
- Excellent written English and a transparent, professional tone
- Strong judgement, discretion, and attention to detail
- Clear spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to a bank, GCC, or large multinational environment
- Experience with internal communications or employee engagement
- A degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
