Role Description The Communication Skills Trainer role at BookEinstein is a contract, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions and workshops for school-age learners, focusing on communication, public speaking, and related soft skills.

Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, preparing training materials, delivering engaging classroom and small-group sessions, and using practical activities, role plays, and presentations to build learner confidence. The trainer will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback,



and adapt methods to diverse learning styles and language levels. Additional tasks may include collaborating with academic coordinators, maintaining training records, and contributing to continuous improvement of the communication skills curriculum.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and soft skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and encourage confident self-expression.
- Proficiency in presentation skills and training & development, including planning sessions, using visual aids, and facilitating interactive learning.
- Experience in teaching or coaching life skills, with an emphasis on practical application, confidence-building, and learner engagement.
- Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or facilitator in education or edtech, particularly with children or young learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, English, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage classroom dynamics, and collaborate effectively with school staff and internal teams.
- Robust command of spoken and written English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms; prior experience in structured curriculum delivery is beneficial.
