We are looking for an experienced Commercial / Tender Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial background in the transport and logistics industry, excellent knowledge of tender processes, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle commercial activities and support business development initiatives.
- Identify, monitor, and manage government and private tender opportunities.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on tender documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in contract management.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, quotations, and commercial documentation.
- Travel to client locations and branch offices as required.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial or Tender Management within the Transport & Logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, commercial processes, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Qualified, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Willing to travel frequently as per business requirements.
