? We’re Hiring | Commercial Manager – Procurement & Tendering

At Futureal, we’re building one of India’s leading integrated Design & Build companies, and we’re looking for a commercially driven skilled to lead our Procurement, Tendering, Billing, and Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead procurement of all interior fit-out materials, MEP packages, furniture, and subcontract works.

✔ Own the complete tendering process, including BOQs, vendor enquiries, rate analysis, techno-commercial comparisons, and bid submissions. (Mandatory experience.)

✔ Manage client RA Bills, Final Bills, subcontractor billing, purchase orders, work orders, and commercial documentation.

✔ Develop and strengthen a high-performing supplier and subcontractor network across India.

✔ Drive cost optimization, value engineering, budgeting, and commercial planning to improve project margins.

✔ Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements with vendors and subcontractors.

✔ Work closely with the Design, Projects, Finance,



and Business Development teams to ensure seamless project execution.

What We’re Looking For

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Commercial Interior Fit-outs or Turnkey Design & Build projects.
- Proven expertise in Procurement, Tendering, Commercial Management, and Billing.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, Quantity Take-offs, Rate Analysis, Contracts, and Cost Control.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
