Working Days : Mon to Sat

Office Time : 9.30am to 6.30pm

About Us

REDS | Rubenius Interior Wellbeing specializes in commercial interiors, experience centres, workplace design, retail, hospitality, and design & build solutions. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver commercial interior fit-out projects from planning through successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out and design & build projects.
- Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage multiple project sites and oversee site engineers and contractors.
- Review drawings, project specifications, and execution methodologies.
- Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
- Conduct site meetings, monitor progress, and prepare project status reports.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Manage client communication,



billing coordination, variation orders, snag closure, and final project handover.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in managing commercial interior fit-out and design & build projects.
- Proven experience in delivering corporate office, retail, hospitality, or experience centre projects.
- Strong understanding of interior construction, project planning, procurement, contracts, and site execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any Project Management Software(Rdash knowledge is an added advantage).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
