Job Title:- Commercial Finance Operations The Sr. Executive - Commercial Finance Operations person willbe responsible formanaging end-to-end commercial finance operations, including invoice processing, vendor/dealer payouts, dealer inventory management, reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination. The role ensures adherence to defined guidelines, accuracy in financial transactions, and delivery of high-quality service within agreed SLAs while supporting business operations across geographies.

Key Accountabilities:

- Accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing and financial transactions.
- Reconciliation, accuracy and financial controls adherence.
- SLA adherence and turnaround time management.
- Stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance with internal commercial finance policies and regulatory requirements.

Day to Day Responsibilities

- Review and validate Commercial Finance invoices and credit notes from dealers and vendors as per defined guidelines.
- Oversee booking of invoices and credit memos in relevant systems (e.g., CCRIS).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Perform reconciliation of dealer/vendor payout files with payment registers.
- Manage processing of commercial finance loan extensions.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of vendor/dealer payouts.
- Interact with customers and stakeholders to ensure service quality and turnaround times are met.
- Process cash applications to ensure accurate and up-to-date dealer accounts.
- Monitor transaction accuracy and ensure compliance with financial controls and processes.
- Review requests to update dealer inventory, verify necessary documentation and approval is included and complete the request within established timeline.
- Contribute to department efficiencies by identifying opportunities for improvement, offering ideas,



and participating in projects to develop and implement solutions.
- Act as a backup and support cross-functional finance operations when required. Operational Management
- Contribute as a team to ensure operational efficiency and productivity. • Deliver performance and adhere to SLAs and quality standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and development support to recent team members.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within finance operations.

Essentials

- Strong foundation in Commercial, Inventory, or Trade Finance processes, complemented by advanced analytical, problem-solving, and MS Excel/financial system proficiency to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively while meeting strict timelines.
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Working Conditions: Shift aligned to business requirements (including international time zones). 100% WFH + night shift with shift allowance as shift can be 9-hour shift time between 6.30 pm to 3.30 pm IST.
- Experience in finance operations, invoice processing, or shared services.
- Experience handling vendor/dealer payouts and reconciliations.
- Exposure to international finance operations or European markets is an advantage.
