Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 24x7 Command Center / NOC Operations ensuring high availability of IT infrastructure and business-critical applications.
- Drive Infrastructure Monitoring, Event Management, Alert Management, and proactive incident detection.
- Manage Major Incidents, escalations, stakeholder communications, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes following ITIL best practices.
- Lead service delivery, operational governance, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Configure and optimize monitoring tools, alert thresholds, and event correlation to reduce false positives.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure,
Network, Cloud, Security, and Application Support teams for faster incident resolution.
- Develop operational dashboards, KPI reports, RCA documentation, and executive status reports.
- Mentor and manage Command Center teams while driving operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve operational efficiency.
