✅ Healthcare/Pharma Commercial Analytics Experience

Responsibilities





- Design CRM performance scorecards and executive dashboards.
- Develop engagement, activity, and calibration metrics.
- Analyze CRM effectiveness and customer engagement trends.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for CRM optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to define measurable KPIs.

? Preferred Background:

- Experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM
- Commercial Analytics or Sales Operations
- Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain
