Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial and Corporate Lawyer based in Hyderabad. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and corporate documentation, including shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and other transactional documents. The lawyer will advise clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory legal issues, including data privacy and compliance matters, and support M&A; and investment transactions through due diligence and transaction structuring.

Daily responsibilities include legal research, preparation of opinions and advisory notes, coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders,



and active participation in client meetings and calls. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and market practices, while contributing to internal knowledge management and process improvement.

Qualifications - Solid foundation in Law, with demonstrated experience in corporate and commercial matters.

- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate Commercial Contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and transactional documents.
- Proficiency in identifying and addressing Legal Issues across corporate, commercial, and regulatory domains.
- Experience in providing clear, practical Legal Advice to clients, translating complex legal concepts into actionable guidance.
- Knowledge of Data Privacy and related compliance requirements, including emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; LL.M or specialized corporate law qualifications are an advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial practice, preferably in a law firm or in-house counsel role.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and client management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
