Monitor collection performance and ensure monthly recovery targets are achieved. Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve productivity and collection effectiveness.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards. Handle escalated customer concerns and negotiate payment arrangements when required. ✅ Eligibility Criteria 12th Pass or above.

Basic
