We are hiring Collections Representatives with experience in US Healthcare AR Calling – Hospital Billing (UB-04). If you have a solid understanding of insurance follow-up, denial management, and hospital billing, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with US insurance companies on unpaid hospital claims.
Resolve claim denials and payment delays.
Review EOBs/ERAs and take appropriate action.
Work on Hospital Billing (UB-04) accounts.
Maintain productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Medical Billing – AR Calling (Hospital Billing/UB-04).
Good communication and analytical skills.
Freshers are not eligible.
