– Collection Executive Company: PS Financial Collection Services Job Title: Collection Executive Department: Collections Industry: NBFC / Financial Services Job Summary PS Financial Collection Services is looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Collection Executive to manage overdue customer accounts and ensure timely loan repayments while maintaining qualified customer relationships and complying with company policies.

Key Responsibilities Contact customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and field visits (if required) for overdue payments.

Follow up on pending EMIs and ensure timely collections.

Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

Update collection activities in the CRM/system on a daily basis.

Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues professionally.

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies during collection activities.





Coordinate with internal departments for account resolution.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to the Team Leader/Manager. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience in NBFC, Banking, BFSI, or Collection Process will be an added advantage.

Required Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, and email).

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Good problem-solving and time management skills.
