Work Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with business clients including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Manage payment recovery through effective communication with corporate clients, negotiation, and legal action when necessary.
- Conduct field collections by visiting clients' office to collect overdue payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to payment collection.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent (English) communication skills for effective interaction with customers at various levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity standards.
- 2+ years of experience in collections or a similar role.
- 2 wheeler mandatory for this role.
