Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, solution demos, and architecture workshops with clients.
- Define scalable solution architecture and integration strategies.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and deployment standards.
- Lead development teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring.
- Drive Power Platform adoption through Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.
- Support estimation, solution planning,



and pre-sales activities.

Mandatory Skills :

- 9 - 12 years of IT experience with extensive Dynamics 365 CE implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customization, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and Power Platform.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise CRM implementations.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and design best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect/Developer certifications.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and Agile delivery models.
- Pre-sales, solutioning, and client-facing consulting experience.
