Role Description The Co-Owner role at Sharkship is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, involving shared responsibility for the strategic direction and operational performance of the business. Day-to-day tasks include defining growth strategies, overseeing key business functions, and collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The Co-Owner will actively engage with clients and partners, build and maintain strategic relationships, and represent Sharkship in relevant industry forums. This role also involves guiding product development priorities, monitoring business metrics,



managing budgets, and making data-informed decisions to support sustainable scaling.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to drive business development, negotiate partnerships, and manage key customer accounts.
- Background in Product Development, with experience shaping product roadmaps based on market feedback and business objectives.
- Marketing knowledge, including experience in brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Familiarity with Social Media for business, including using digital channels to build brand awareness and engage with target audiences.
- Experience in logistics, eCommerce, or technology-driven platforms is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in using data and metrics to make decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work in a fast-paced workplace, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or entrepreneurial experience are an advantage.
