We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial individual to join Blyft as a Co-Founder & Strategic Partner and help shape the company’s growth journey.

Role Overview

As a Co-Founder & Partner, you will work closely with the founding team to define strategy, build operations, create partnerships and drive Blyft towards becoming a scalable fashion technology company.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build from the ground up, take ownership, experiment, and contribute beyond a traditional job role.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Strategy

- Help define Blyft’s long-term vision, roadmap and growth strategy.
- Identify market opportunities and create scalable business models.
- Analyse fashion, retail and technology trends.
- Contribute to important company decisions.

Partnerships & Growth
- Build relationships with designers, boutiques, brands, malls and fashion professionals.
- Develop partnership strategies and onboarding processes.
- Represent Blyft in industry networks and communities.

Product & User Experience
- Collaborate with product and technology teams.




- Provide insights from customers, designers and businesses.
- Help prioritise features and improve the platform experience.

Operations & Execution
- Build systems, processes and workflows.
- Take ownership of assigned business areas.
- Work closely with the founding team to execute ideas quickly.
