About the Role

As a Co-Founder, you will become one of the key decision-makers responsible for shaping Attlas Wire's future. You will work alongside the Founder to define strategy, establish operations, build teams, create sustainable revenue streams, and grow Attlas Wire into a globally recognized media brand.

Your Mission

Your mission is to help transform Attlas Wire from an ambitious startup into a respected global media organization known for independent journalism, innovation, and public trust.

You'll help build every aspect of the company—from strategy and hiring to fundraising, partnerships, audience growth, and monetization.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

Develop and execute Attlas Wire's long-term vision and growth strategy.

Identify market opportunities and competitive advantages.

Participate in executive decision-making.

Define annual and quarterly business objectives.

Build scalable business models.

Establish company culture and values.

Business Development

Develop strategic partnerships with media organizations, technology companies, universities, NGOs, and corporations.

Identify sponsorship and advertising opportunities.





Build relationships with enterprise clients and institutional partners.

Negotiate commercial agreements.

Expand Attlas Wire into international markets.

Revenue Growth

Design and execute multiple revenue streams, including:

Digital advertising

Brand partnerships

Sponsored content

Membership programs

Premium subscriptions

Events and conferences

Research reports

Corporate partnerships

Licensing and syndication

Podcasts and video monetization

Educational products

Operations & Company Building

Build scalable business processes.

Recruit top talent.

Develop hiring strategies.

Create operational workflows.

Establish performance metrics.

Build a high-performance culture.

Oversee legal, finance, HR, and administrative functions.

Editorial & Product Collaboration

While maintaining editorial independence, you'll collaborate with editorial leadership to:

Support investigative journalism initiatives.

Marketing & Audience Growth

Lead initiatives to grow Attlas Wire's audience through:
