We are building an interview-focused learning platform that combines industry mentorship, real-world projects, and personalized guidance to help learners launch successful careers in Data Science, Data Analytics, and AI. We are now looking for a Co-Founder who can contribute both strategic leadership and capital investment to accelerate our growth.

Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder chance based in the Greater Jaipur Area. As a founding partner, you will play a key role in shaping the company's vision, scaling operations, and driving sustainable business growth. This is an equity-based leadership role requiring both active involvement and financial investment.

Responsibilities - Invest capital to support business growth and expansion.

- Work alongside the founding team to define long-term business strategy.
- Scale admissions, partnerships, and revenue.
- Lead sales, marketing, and brand-building initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.




- Help expand the company's presence across online and offline channels.
- Monitor business KPIs, profitability, and growth metrics.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams.
- Contribute to product strategy and curriculum direction using your industry experience.

Required Qualifications - Strong background in Data Science, AI, Analytics, or Technology.

- 8+ years of industry experience is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.
- Ability and willingness to make a financial investment in the company.
- Experience in startup leadership, business development, or scaling businesses is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, sales, and strategic thinking skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur. Investment & Equity - Capital investment is required as part of this role.
- Equity ownership will be offered based on investment amount, expertise, and long-term commitment.
- Compensation is primarily equity-driven during the initial growth phase.
