Job Title CNC Lathe Operator Location Par Dankuni Hooghly Job Type Full time Industry Manufacturing Engineering Metalworking We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join our production team The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications The role requires technical expertise quality focus and adherence to safety standards Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to work orders blueprints and technical drawings Select and install appropriate tools fixtures and materials Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and productivity Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as micrometers vernier calipers gauges etc Maintain production documentation and quality records Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures SOPs Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve production issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CNC programs G-code FANUC preferred Familiarity with quality inspection tools and procedures Strong attention to detail problem-solving and teamwork skills Willingness to work in shifts if applicable Preferred Skills Experience with FANUC controls Basic understanding of tooling and cutting parameters for various materials MS SS Aluminum Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus Salary Rs 12000 per month To Apply Send your resume to contact dhanjalmechanical com or contact 877773545 Job Type Full-time Pay From 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
